We retain two types of information:

Personal Data

Data that identifies you or can be used to identify or contact you and includes information such as

your name, address, email address, birth date, and national identification. Some information is

mandatory such as name, email address and telephone numbers (we need it to provide you with

the service), and documents as required for AML for the purchase/sale of property.


Non-Personal Data

Like most websites, we gather statistical and other analytical information collected on an aggregate

basis of all visitors to our website. This Non-Personal Data comprises information that cannot be

used to identify or contact you, such as demographic information regarding, for example, user

IP Address, browser types and other anonymous statistical data involving the use of our website.

phone details and requested such information.

we disclose the information to will use it for the purposes of delivering the service in question

Please note that these rights can be subject to certain restrictions. We are legally obliged to retain

records of all viewings and offers made on a property for a minimum of 6 years after the transaction

therefore a request to delete cannot be actioned until that legal timeframe has passed.

Our business changes constantly and our Privacy Notice will change also. We may email periodic

reminders of our notices and conditions, unless you have instructed us not to, but you should check

our website frequently to see recent changes. Unless stated otherwise, our current Privacy Notice

applies to all information that we have about you and your account. We stand behind the promises

we make, however, and will never materially change our policies and practices to make them less

protective of customer information collected in the past without the consent of affected customers.



Information You Give Us

You provide most of information when you search, buy, post or communicate with customer

services. For example, you provide information when you search for a property through one of

our third-party partner property platforms, communicate with us by phone, e-mail or otherwise,

complete a questionnaire or a contest entry form. As a result of those actions, you might supply

us with such information as your name, address and phone number, etc.


Automatic Information

Examples of the information we collect and analyze include the Internet protocol (IP) address used

to connect your computer to the Internet, login, email address, computer and connection

information such as browser type and version, your operating system and platform, purchase

history, which we sometimes aggregate with similar information from other customers to create

features the full Uniform Resource Locators (URL), through and from our website (including date

and time), cookie number and products/vehicles/editorial you viewed or searched for.
